Amplify Customizable Cards for Candidates, Contacts, and Jobs

What's new?
Amplify Cards are now available on Candidate, Contact, and Job records, giving you at-a-glance summaries directly on the record without needing to open Amplify Chat. Cards appear in three locations on each record: the Overview tab, the Notes tab, and the Emails tab. A summary card is also available on the Candidate slideout.
Users can refresh a card, switch to a different prompt, or select Open in Amplify to continue the conversation in chat. Admins can set default prompts for each card type in Amplify Admin > Entity Settings.
Why does it matter?
This provides instant insights as soon as a record is opened, helping recruiters and sales users get context without taking any extra steps. Users can switch prompts to view different summaries, and Amplify remembers their selection as they move between tabs and records.
How do I enable this?
Amplify Cards are enabled by default for customers using Bullhorn Amplify Edition. For more information, see Amplify Summary Cards.
